BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT with gorgeous views! 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and 4 twins.

Seaside Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2000 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all quality appliances, an eat-in island kitchen, a living/dining area with beautiful and comfy furniture, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 king sized rooms oceanfront with walk out deck, and 1 Queen sized bedroom with a small private street side sitting deck, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a perfect retreat for the children featuring 1 queen and 4 single beds and is equipped with toys and games. The duplex has free WIFI, 5 Roku enabled TVs, a Weber Genesis propane grill, DVD players, beach furniture and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide spacious beach that is only steps from the back door. Duplex is private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The "lower Deck" is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink in your hand while the rest of the decking areas are perfectly suited for lounging while watching for the occasional dolphins that swim by.

Please note that our Seaside Sanctuary is a NO Smoking/Vaping property and is rented generally by the week during the summer. For the non-peak months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Professional cleaning and linens are provided, a $250 cleaning/linen fee will be added to the reservation fee.

Beautiful Home

Right on the beach, shortest walk ever to get over the small dune. The views were perfect, and if you think you forgot something, no worries the home is well supplied. Beautiful accommodations!!

Beautiful home with beautiful views and perfect private entrance to the beach. Kitchen has anything you would need.. beds are comfortable and perfect parking for us.location is close to grocery stores … restaurants .. shopping and fun activities if you choose to go out and about. If you choose to just stay on the property and enjoy the view there is board games and books and even DVD if you wanna just relax. Host was very responsive to any questions had. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful Beach Front Rental

Family vacation with 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children for a week vacation. The rental property was well maintained and had all needed items for a week stay. Inviting, updated and overall great location. We loved the beach right at the back door. Great communication with host and easy check out process. Would recommend and rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The property was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, accommodated my large family, and the location was perfect for walks on the beach looking for shells. The host was very responsive and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront Fun

The house was well maintained, with plenty of room for our entire group of nine guys. The location is extremely convenient and the private deck is a nice feature for private beach access and relaxing in view of the ocean. We had an excellent time and would definitely rent here again in the future.

Fantastic sanctuary on an idyllic beach

The property was perfect and spacious. Everything was in great condition and Chris was an excellent host. The beach was almost exclusive because of the proximity of the houses. I would definitely go again.

A fabulous 4th!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Sanctuary. Chris was quick with responses to questions I had prior to our trip and insisted is to contact him with any questions or concerns while staying at his beautiful home. The location was phenomenal. And the house was definitely comfortable and inviting with a hostess gift waiting for us upon arrival.

Perfect for family

The property owners were proactive in communicating with me about our stay. The property was easily located and provided plenty of parking for our family (5 vehicles). You can see the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen; as well as two bedrooms and the great big room that has five beds. Overall, we loved it!

Seaside Santuary

Cozy and Peaceful

Seaside Sanctuary was just that . . . a cozy, peaceful sanctuary I returned to at the end of very busy, business filled days in Morehead City. It was a delight to stay in this lovely home with the ocean as my backyard. The home was clean, organized, and equipped with everything you need for a great time at the beach! You can tell the hosts love their home. Chris was very kind and responsive. Stay at Seaside Sanctuary - you will love it!

Amazing Beach Getaway

We loved our time in Emerald Isle. This was a first for us. We had family from all over the world and many age ranges. The beds were comfortable, the house was quiet when younger kiddos needed to sleep, and the house had everything we could need. The owner was so kind and provided great insights. The location of this house right on the beach is absolutely amazing. We also found incredible shells on the beach. This home allowed for so many memories to be created, thank you. We hope to return.

Family gathering

I didn’t realize it was half a house. I didn’t realize we had to make our own beds and strip the sheets at the end. Didn’t mind garbage duty. We are careful people so we stressed over all the posted signs of dos and don’t’s. Not enough towels, wash rags or blankets - glad we brought our own. Beautiful views. Nice seating out doors.

Perfect on the Beach Stay

This house was wonderful! There were only four of us and barely used a 1/3 the house! Mattresses super comfortable with plenty of sheets, blankets and nice bath towels. Got to sleep with sliders open for ocean sounds. The patio had nice & plenty of chairs. Also bonus was ice maker, Brita water (we usually have to haul water & ice with us), binoculars, ziplock backs & spices! Kitchen is perfect layout and island great for multiple cooks in the kitchen. One of the best stocked houses we’ve stayed at. The top “kids” loft was amazing - need to bring all the cousins next time. Tons of space for everyone! And as it reads, this direct private access to a clean, beauty beach!

Great place, as described

This house was great for our family. The owner’s have baby gear which they allow their guests to use (including a baby monitor). The third/top floor was the best feature—four twin beds and one queen bed. The older kids loved camping out up there. The house has nice beach chairs and a box of beach toys, so we didn’t need to bring any gear. They have basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, coffee filters, Ziploc bags, Saran Wrap. So it’s nice in that aspect, whereas other vrbos have zero items, and you have to buy anew every time. The kitchen as well-stocked with any cooking supplies we needed. The walk to the beach was great/easy. Hosts are very responsive.
