"We have stayed in many french gites over the years, but this farmhouse in the grounds of a beautiful chateau is exceptional. The location, close to Malestroit and Ploermel was excellent for shopping and visiting the markets and many larger towns were less than 30 minutes away. "We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Julien was very thoughtful, making sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. The property itself was in a lovely quiet area with secure gated access which was lovely for the children to be able to play in the garden safely. "A small, but well equipped little cottage, ideal for a weeks holiday. The hamlet is picturesque, set in a great location with great views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed watching the horses that were in the field backing onto the property. The cottage itself was clean and well equipped, and had everything that we needed. Previous tenants had left lots of useful things such as filters for the coffee machine.
