  • A standalone apartment located on a slightly lower level. The property is situated in Torre Vado, one of the most popular destinations in Lower Salento. It is accessed from the private courtyard, which is furnished with a table and chairs. Inside, the apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a small hallway with a split-system air conditioner, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with separate single beds. Sleeps 6 in total. The property features an outdoor shower. Parking space included. It is approximately 450 metres from the sea. About 500 metres away is the marina, where you can rent boats or join organised excursions. Sandy beach with low cliffs. Nearby, about 900 metres away, are the famous “MALDIVE DEL SALENTO” beaches. The property is available for rent from the beginning of April through the end of October.
