"Firstly the owner couldn't find our booking. This would be fine, but he was just unhelpful in resolving this, and came across as rude and indifferent. He kept just saying "I haven't got any money from you" or "you should call the company you booked through" (like no you should). We kept asking for the Wi-Fi so we could try to resolve this and he just stood there, then took ages to get it. "Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return."
