The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. When we arrived, it was really late because our flight was delayed for hours. Unfortunately, the staff member who welcomed us wasn’t very friendly the guy and was a bit rude to both of us. "I am very disappointed with this stay. The place may be very nice, the views are wonderful, but it is not necessarily comfortable in winter. The room was very cold, as was the restaurant, where the only “normal” place to sit was by the fireplace. It was also very cold at breakfast, the breakfasts were very basic, and the coffee machines were not working. "

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. The walls separating each rooms were paper thin and I could hear conversations in next room. Breakfast was good with buffet style where you went across...
