"The hotel is close to the city centre and just a 15 min walk from the railway station, there is a cocktail bar and cafe on the ground floor and other restaurants are only a short walk away. The hotel has no lift but it is an older building so it is to be expected. The room was spacious and had an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was basic but buffet style so you can have as much as you want, I will stay here again "

"We stayed in Valkenburg for the sole purpose of visiting the Velvet Cave Christmas Market. This hotel was within walking distance of the cave, parade, and countless restaurants. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. "

"This hotel came well below our expectations. Our room was barely ready even an hour after checkin time. The room was disappointing: two small windows, very dark, not at all what we were lead to expect. The high price was not reflected in the quality of the accommodation. Restaurant staff were excellent at breakfast. But this is not a hotel we would rush back to."
