"We've stayed here several times a year for years but unfortunately I think it's time to find another place..the first room has a HUGE what looked to be like a pee stain on the bed with a dirty fridge followed by not one but TWO spiders ending up in my hair..I called the front desk about the bed and I was told to come get new sheets so I can change them?? NOPE..then the pool area had big balls of hair around and IN the pool..complained to front desk that maybe the filters in the pool weren't working and was told they would send the maintenance guy right away..never came..so the same hair clumps were there for 3 DAYS!!! We actually tried to pull one large clump out of the pool ourselves but didn't matter cuz there were more..to the point I had to take pictures..I never complain cuz I work in hospitality myself but for over a $600 weekend this was just too much..aside from Debbie the GM I'm guessing the other staff didn't particularly seem to care about anything..none of it..was hoping to see Debbie the last 2 days we were there but we never did..for the pee stained bed and the constant CLUMPS of hair we had to keep pulling off our feet and arms we should've been comped a night or something..don't think we'll be back again"

"Very friendly staff and helpful! Enjoyed our stay close to Foxwoods! Only thing is I heard about a shuttle to Foxwoods from an employee from Foxwoods not sure if that is still happening! But if so would be great if hotel staff would've just mentioned it so we could've known !"

"Breakfast was a buffet. The eggs were watered down a little bit too much but everything else satisfactory. Parking was seemed safe with plenty of spaces!"
