Superb location with bus stops directly in front of the hotel, retail stores just around the corner and a selection of delicious restaurants (such as Lilong) within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the pre-arrival communication is prompt and helpful.

Location was excellent, staff were great. Clear communication and space was just right.

The staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Disappointing since other Ovolos are great. The room was noisy, dusty and hot. The air conditioning didn’t work correctly and kept switching off every few hours. The food at the restaura was equally bad - tasteless and overpriced. Very disappointing all round.
