"The property was as beautiful in person as on the site. A contemporary home with the perfect beach touch. Our hosts were excellent. They communicated providing detailed instructions that were so helpful and provided information regarding events occurring while we were in town. Great touches greeted you such a goodie basket, plush towels, and little extras - not your typical rental property fare. The boat home is located near great restaurants and are a short walk to shopping. I can’t wait to stay again!"

"The place was wonderful: great location, well maintained and clean. But the service was exceptional - Sherry is an incredible host, attentive to every detail and wish. She prepares a fantastic breakfast and accommodated our every wish and need without being in our space often, like at some hotels. Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington. "

"Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. All staff was very engaging and friendly. The Houseboat was beautiful and well maintained. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. Sunsets are beautiful!"

"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several lights were out. We will stay again. "
