A pleasant 4 min stroll is all it takes to access the main township which boasts many great shops, cafes, restaurants and of course historic hotels. Other features close by include a beautiful bush-land walk and a children's playground complete with kids bike trail. A short drive takes you to the local jetty and beach as well as to the water fun park. At the other end of town explore the copper mining area on the local rail train. There is so much to do and learn about in Moonta, with it's rich history and also many great locations in the surrounding Copper Triangle.
