Fantastic modern beach house suited for families or couples, golfers, fishermen or anyone just wanting a relaxing break. Walking distance to beach, splash town (water park for kids), and jetty.
Fully enclosed back yard with undercover patio area, lawn, Weber BBQ, fish cleaning sink and 1/2 court basketball court for hours of fun.
Ducted r/c air conditioning. 50 inch plasma TV, DVD/VCR combo, board games, books etc.
Linen NOT provided. Must bring sheets and towels, tea towel. Quilts and pillow provided.
SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED. No Parties
