This near new holiday house has an open kitchen/meals/lounge area and accommodates up to 12 people with the following features. Located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac Street at Moonta Bay. Within walking distance to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Moonta. Place was perfectly set up for 2 families. We missed the basketball ring this time for the kids. Great location close to the beach and short trip into town. Highly recommend.

Moontana House

House great, lots of space, great outdoor area. Games to play. Found dishes left in dishwasher and they had gone mouldy but we rewashed them. Long cycle on dishwasher so the day you leave have to do them early or by hand, so hopefully cleaner checks dishwasher each time. Floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise a great stay. Quite modern house, which was nice.

The location and house was great. The rubbish bin was full and we had no where to put out rubbish. We had to squash the rubbish down already in the bin to get some of our rubbish in, same with the recycling bin was 3/4 full. Only thing I would suggest is need more tea towels, 1 isn’t enough, need extension cords to be able to use the pedestal fans in the bedrooms, also bath mats needed. Apart from that the house was great and clean.

Surprise

Telling us the day before booking that there were no sheets, pillowcases or towels and when we were there to see that the garbage and recycling bins were full that there was not a single hanger to hang our clothes on was difficult for us. Finding bedding for me and my wife was easy but for 8 more guests who had come from overseas it was a bit difficult. For the rest, the house is magnificent, although without air conditioning in the bedrooms. Regards Rafael Delgado

Little Gem

Such an amazing layout for families, having the luxury of seperate sleeping/ bath areas. Perfect outdoor area for the family and games for the kids to play.

The property was well situated, house lay out was good. Needs to be a bit cleaner. Quilts and a few thing's need updating but overall a good place to stay.

Perfect house for a couple of families

We’ve now stayed in the house 4 times with extended family and it’s great. One big common area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/toilet either side. Toys, games, easy walk to the beach including Moonta bay and pt Hugh’s jetties and beaches. Excellent communication with owners. Great stay, thank you!

This was our second time staying in the Simms Cove house. Location is spot on. One street away from the beech. Plenty of room to spread out.
