The air-conditioning, for the 4 days, 3 nights I was staying, was not working. Granting that it was mostly cool days, it is just not right for the air-conditioning not to be wirking because the room was warm. I had to open the window all night. Still relatively warm. The inconvenience makes the price they charge not commensurate. It now seems over priced. But the staff were great most especially Robbie and Natalia. Breakfast was so good!

Professional comfort in Aragon
Helpful and cheerful staff. Dinner was not as good as i have come to expect in a spanish hotel, but the breakfast was top notch. Others have mentioned the trains but they did not bother me. The air conditioner would not go under 25c, which i thought was pretty eccentric. Everything was immaculately clean and well kept.

Hotel moderne avec une grande chambre assez impersonnelle. Parking non proposé pour cause d'accès difficile mais se garer devant ne pose pas de problème. Par contre restaurant assez épouvantable quant à la qualité de sa cuisine avec des mélanges salés-sucrés épouvantables que ne parvient pas à faire oublier un serveur plutôt accueillant.

Estancia tranquila y todo correcto.
Todo correcto. Estancia tranquila y sin sobresaltos. La atención correcta, tanto la chica como el chico parecían agradables, teniendo en cuenta que el contacto fue mínimo, recoger llave y entregar llave. La habitación limpia y en buen estado general, aunque con seres como yo, que van al más mínimo detalle, habían aspectos de la habitación que se podrían cuidar siendo hotel 4 estrellas, como juntas negras, algún detalle del mobiliario dañado...pero ya es algo muy personal. Calidad/precio por encima de la media.

NOTABLE EN GENERAL Y DESAYUNO MUY JUSTO
Tan solo deben mejorar el desayuno, que no va acorde al resto del hotel : cena , estanciam habitaciones y servicio, son de notable alto, pero el desayuno le pongo un suficiente justito.

Es un hotel moderno , habitacion triple muy grande ,ubicacion perfecta,al lado parque azucarera para ver exposicon de los belenes , el castillo templario llegas en un paseo, zona tranquila con mucho aparcamiento y en calle principal.

Superbe hôtel 4 étoiles à prîx abordable. Grande chambre moderne ,spacieuse et luxueuse. Salle de bain très agréable et spacieuse également. Accueil professionnel et efficace, petit-déjeuner irréprochable. A proximité du centre-ville, à 5 minutes à pied. Superbe étape.

Reservamos una suite y solicite late check out, me dijeron que cualquier otra habitación podríamos hacerlo pero esa no porque aunque tenían suites libres, debían dejarlas así por si las reservaba alguien en el ultimo minuto, a las 10:00h de la mañana seguían libres y a la venta esas suites y se negaron a darnos el late check out. Si pago la habitación mas cara del hotel, exijo el mismo servicio que una doble, sobretodo habiendo mas suites vacías. No tiene ningún sentido lo que hizo el hotel.

El inicio regular tardaron bastante en atender no había nadie en recepción¿ a las 20.00? Pasaron más de 10 minutos en aparecer iba de hecho a llamar por teléfono cuando ya apareció la persona de recepción
