"Room and hotel was cleaned. Staffed was amazing always made sure we were good or if we needed anything. Our stayed included buffet breakfast. This does need some improvements. Needs some variety. Beside the breakfast buffet, overall I would consider staying here again. Location is great "

"Our stay at Vista Hermosa was amazing! They offered a pick up service at the airport when we arrived and he (so sorry i don't remember his name) was so friendly and kind as was everyone we have dealt with during our holiday. Ivana greeted us when we arrived and advised us that we had a lovely lady who would be there daily to serve breakfast and clean which is included. She is an amazing cook and so very sweet! She was very discreet and would work around our schedules or even when we were there for the day she respected our privacy. We absolutely loved her! The pictures do not do it justice! The house is beautiful, bright and very welcoming. We all enjoyed the pool very much and the views are beautiful, especially at night with all of the lights. We were there during the super bowl but unfortunately the wifi was down that day. As it was on a sunday they were not able to have someone come and fix it so they compensated us with some money to put towards going to a bar to watch the game! This was a family vacation that we planned for 4 couples and we were all very happy with our stay and highly recommend this home and everyone who works there and takes care of it. Thank you for making our holiday such a memorable one!"

Hosts were in constant contact offering great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Beautiful views of ocean and city. Pool and lush landscaping added to the enjoyment of our stay.
