"Well I would have gave it 5 stars but on checking in after 11pm the bathroom sink was clogged, and I still dished out over $300 bones. I feel for a resort the rooms should be checked out for functionality on every time someone leaves. "

"Asked for early checkout. Was told it would be $25 for every hr. 😳. This was on a Sunday. Most hotels will offer an extra hour at no cost. Don’t think will be coming back. "

"This was our first time visiting Birch Bay. Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very nice. The unit was huge and had a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the outdoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is great—right by the water, close to some eating places, and a short drive to Birch Bay State Park. This place met all our expectations and even more. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Our unit overlooks the water. Kitchen is fully equipped and it would be great for families who love to cook their own meals. The front desk staff is very friendly and gave great suggestions for first time visitors like us. I love gardens and I think they just need to upkeep some of the plants to give the courtyard a better appeal. Did not find a walkway from the property grounds to the street which is too bad because this is located right on the edge of the town area. Overall though, great place and great staff and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the island."

"I had an incredible stay at this coastal rental! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, and everything you need within a short drive. The accommodation itself was cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil island escape!"

"We stayed here for a family get away with ages from 4 months up to 65 yrs old (16 of us). We loved the downstairs bedroom for the older people and the older kids loved the room above the garage. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles and the hot tub was a hit. The littles had a lot of fun in the matilda room ( such a cute idea). The kitchen was well stocked. Our only concern was with the 2 heater grates in the living room because they slid off easily exposing the hole in the floor. We had to really watch the very young children when they were near the vents. "
