"I arrived as a solo traveler looking to spend the weekend enjoying the casino and the amenities: the pool, sauna, hot tub and gym. I found out upon check-in that none of the amenities were avaliable due to them being under construction. The staff checking me in then told me at least I got my room for discount, to which I said I did not (I booked 5 weeks earlier and through Expedia so no warning was given to me). I asked if I could get a discount since they offered that to other guests and they said they would let me know later. I left the front desk know I was disappointed later that evening via checkin review around 830pm. The next day they called around 2pm and upgraded me to a private suit with a jacuzzi for no cost. This was a very nice, kind and fair offer. I do however feel disappointed because I was planning for such a different experience for myself for the weekend. The jacuzzi was amazing but with Expedia, they offer free cancelations up to 24 hours before check-in, if i had been warned of the construction within the cancelation window, I without a doubt would have canceled and booked for another weekend when the amenities would be avaliable. Greatful, but a little disappointed. "

"Not a great experience. This is a run down version of the pictures and description online. Very misleading and Im disappointed that we stayed their thinking
This was a really nice resort. I wpuod have rather stayed in a regular clean, new hotel. "
"Clean room, friendly staff, would have been 5 stars, but the shower head badly needs replaced and the temperature controls in the bath were backwards "
"The room was nice. Just be prepared for a complicated check in process where they invite you to coffee in a few days to try to sell you a timeshare. Also - you have to pay for Wi-Fi since you are not a owner."
Dog-friendly getaway with stunning ocean view, spacious deck, hot tub & rec room

"Beautiful Property Marred by Poor Management and Privacy IssuesWhile the house itself is well-appointed, stocked and provided good space for families, our two-night stay for four families was unfortunately defined by significant disruptions. On our first morning, we were woken at 7:00 AM by six hours of loud leaf blowing and yard work. This was a major privacy concern; strangers were working within feet of our children, making it impossible to use the hot tub or the yard we paid for. Despite six hours of attempts to contact VRBO/Management, we received zero support or resolution. The following morning, a power outage left us in a cold home with cold showers and no backup power. While the local Vacasa manager finally reached out to coordinate an early checkout, the lack of a winter contingency plan (like a generator) was concerning. We wanted to love this stay, but the lack of communication and disregard for guest privacy during maintenance made it a disappointing experience. No one should have strangers roam around your family's personal space during a vacation. Privacy means a lot in vacation homes. Scheduling maintenance works while the house is occupied for guests is not at all the right thing to do."
