Here, privacy is a true luxury: stroll through the large garden with its well-kept lawn, or choose to unwind in the secluded courtyard, the covered terrace, the sunny rooftop terrace, or by the swimming pool for a well-deserved rest.

The pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, a charming wall, an impressive gate and abundant greenery, provides a safe environment for young children, who cannot access the water without supervision. To explore the surrounding area, hiring a car is recommended, and it can be parked in the gravel parking area directly in front of the house.

Inside, “Son Costa” is a classic Mallorcan dream come true. The roughly plastered walls and carefully preserved natural stone, combined with dark wood, decorative tiles and a selection of antique and rustic furnishings, transport guests to another time, while still offering all the modern comforts expected for a perfect holiday. La casa es una maravilla, conserva todo el espiritu original de una masía/casona Mallorquina, ademas esta llena de detalles y rincones muy agradables.La casa tiene todo lo que necesario para dormir y cocinar.Nuestra estancia en familia fue muy bien y estuvimos muy comodos.La comunicación con Marc fue muy fluida en todo momento y su trato muy amable e impecable.Me encantaría volver algun dia.Recomiendo la casa altamente.
