"Very comfortable, warm and convenient place with nice outside space ( when it was dry) Lovely bedroom (and great bed), and shower room Well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for foods. Parking down the road was free and plentiful, although the temporary road closure made finding the house a bit tricky. Very helpful host who answered questions promptly, and gave us some very useful suggestions. Would definitely recommend, and will probably go again, for the market and the P'tit Resto...

"The cottage, attached to the owner’s farmhouse, but quiet and private, has been recently renovated to the highest standard. Enormous care has been given to every detail, high-quality appliances and bed linen, lovely furnishings and comfy beds. There is a large, heated, perfectly clean pool right out in front and a large garden where the children can play. "We loved staying in this older and totally renovated home near Amboise and Chateau Chenonceau. It is a lovely home that is part of a renovated compound surrounded by grape vinyeards near the adorable town of Franceuil. The house is perfect with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a lovely well-appointed and renoovated kitchen and living room complete with a small but upscale gas wall fireplace for colder nights. The home has everything you need for a fantastic get-away including a lovely swimming pool...

"We found 81 Bis to be a perfect location with plenty to do within a few miles of our base. The apartment was well equipped with views over the garden on 2 sides and parking for our car plus safe storage for the bikes. Shopping within easy reach and the beautiful city of Tours just 12 miles away. For us the bed was very hard and not to our liking but it might well suit other people. We are both 72 and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you"

"We stayed for 5 nights, and had a wonderful time. The property is very tastefully decorated, and the gardens and grounds very pretty and spacious. Our children loved the pool, and especially loved the pony, goats and chickens. We spent most of our time relaxing in the garden and house- dining outside in the evenings. We were lucky enough to be taken by the host for a local walk with the pony one evening, past sunflower fields. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when needed, we thoroughly...

"Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "
