About this property

The Treehouse Cabin!

  • This is a remote off grid property. The cabin offers the tranquility that comes with living among the pines and aspen groves with panoramic views of the Uncompahgre plateau and its neighboring mountain ranges. Located in Colorado hunt unit 61 and a short drive from units 62 and 70. When you stay with us you will be in close proximity to hundreds of miles trails for ATV, UTV, bikes, hiking, etc. Wildlife viewers will love the abundance of deer, elk, bear, and other wildlife.

    The space
    This is a second-floor studio cabin with a detached bathroom about 50 feet from the cabin stairs.

    The property is off grid and utilizes solar energy for all electricity.

    We are located at 8700' elevation; this is a great place to escape the summer heat. Evening's cool down so be sure to pack accordingly.

    Guest access
    There is a gate located at the intersection of 5750 and II road, please leave this how you find it. Once through the gate you will travel .1 miles and turn right.

    Parking is located at the base of the stairs on the west side of propane tanks.

    Other things to note
    Telluride = 33 miles
    Ridgeway = 22 miles
    Montrose = 27 miles
    No Fuel available at site.
