This property could be really nice, however there were small things that needed repair to make it nice. An outlet cover over exposed electric outlet (safety concern), replace burned out light bulbs, a little paint, replace broken tile. Staff was very nice - but property needed work.

Clean spaces, and affordability was what I needed in a last minute travel crunch. It’s not a high end place but it’s clean, quiet and I wasn’t bothered or felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again if I passed through on another trip.

The ac filter was totally clogged, we had to clean it right when we got there. There was a hair dryer hanging on the wall that had very thick dust on it. The desk chair was broken. The beds were very hard. It just looked like they hadn’t finished cleaning it. The front desk was very nice and the breakfast was acceptable. But I don’t believe we will be staying there again. It looked nothing like the picture on the website

Was driving from Telluride to Montrose when the mudslide came and closed the road. Had terrible time trying to figure out how to get to Montrose. Called the hotel to see if I could cancel the reservation since I would have to reroute and drive thru mountains at nite. Was told since I booked thru Expedia that I couldn’t cancel. So we arrived at hotel much later than expected. The room was huge and it was clean. Breakfast was ok. We got there at 8:30am and they were out of items and only got 1 cup of coffee. Had to ask for ice from front desk and they were nice and gave us a nice size bag. Had nice pool but didn’t have time to use it. Would stay there again.

The room was a bit damaged, but it was definitely pretty cleanly.The breakfast was honestly terrific. Yummy waffles, fresh coffee, and juice, as well as a cereal bar with whole and 2% milk.
