This new villa overlooks the 9th green with uninterrupted views of the spectacular San Juan mountain range and sits within a quiet 400 acre neighborhood, while only minutes from most restaurants and services in the City of Montrose.
10 minutes from the Montrose airport. Just over an hour to Telluride, 90 minutes to Silverton, Purgatory & Powderhorn ski resorts. 120 minutes to Crested Butte and Monarch ski resorts.
A well-appointed 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath villa sleeps 6 persons comfortably with two master king bed suites and a twin bedroom, each with their own bathroom plus a separate powder room.
The large back patio provides convenient direct access to the golf course and a beautiful setting anytime for casual gatherings.
