"Ants, shower did not work. After the fairly broken phosphate handle was turned on hot it immediately switched to ice cold. I was unable to take a shower at all unless it was a cold one.!"

"The room had not been turned down. There was food and strands of hair in the bed, when we pulled back the sheets. There was a clump of hair on the floor next to the lamp. It was disgusting. We could not stay there. We do not need fancy, but cleanliness is a must. "

"The hotel is beautiful. But the bed was uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed and there was no AC. Also I didn’t realize it was $38 extra per day for parking. You have to valet a car because there’s no self park option. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but it was nice that they offer yoga classes etc. "
