Montreux lake apartment for Groups, Families and Events

You will have 2 apartments in the same property; one on the ground floor with garden with accessibility for people with reduced mobility and the other on the second floor with large panoramic terrace, cozy for Events or small parties, you can accommodate more than the reservation for daytime guests during the day, but for 20 beds max for sleeping.
-Small pets are accepted , upon request and reservation, free of charge.
Total beds: in 5 bedrooms for 10 adults (beds with orthopedic nets); 2 living rooms for 7 adults (2 sofa beds for 4 ; 2 folding beds for 2; we have 2 travel cribs and one crib for babies up to about 3.4 years old, free of charge.
Parking spaces for 5 cars by reservation if available CHF 15 per day, or 200 meters away we have a very large public parking lot for any extra guests.
Admission: scheduled from 6 pm onwards, by appointment.
Early entry: on request, and if we can, from 8h am onwards, you will have an extea of CHF 200.
Late exit: on request and if it is possible for us, until 11h30pm, you will have an extra euro200.- .
Luggage storage: with advance reservation, and if it is possible for us, you will have an extra euro100.
Upon arrival you will see a sign saying: vacation home Piccolo San Giorgio. Hot water is by accumulator for 3 bathrooms (refill in 2.3 hours) and by continuous supply in 1 bathroom.
Sheets and bath towels are ready at the reception, included in the reservation. Provisions are provided for a total of about 20 people in the 2 kitchens, in case of events or parties (anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, company metting, weddings, bachelor parties) provide additional provisions upon request and reservation, or we recommend a caterer for such occasions.
Upon arrival we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire, copy of the passport of the person making the reservation or their proxy.
You will be required to pay in cash the tourist and municipal tax ( and exstra if you request them) upon arrival of chf6.- per person per day for 2024, you will be given a receipt for payment marked: tax .
Comfort instructions:
-Showers: use tents, improves use.
-Cleaning: used bath towels leave them in the laundry or bathroom , sheets on the beds. Thank you.
The laundry room remains available for your personal use, of course.
-At arrival everything will be ready for your stay, and successful vacation.
-You are not allowed to throw into the sinks and water drains of the bathrooms and kitchen: food, tissues, sanitary napkins and diapers or plastic. -You are only allowed to flush toilet paper and physiological organic material down the toilet. Stay: If you do not wish to use bath towels and bed sheets it will be appreciated if you indicate this in your reservation or you can store them in the closet. You will be more comfortable.
The stay of other guests will be favored if you leave the lodging in approximately the same condition as when you received it, and appreciated by us. The lodging has a cleaning schedule when the guest enters, you are asked to return the lodging in approximately similar condition to when you handed it over
(We do NOT require: the cleanings of the: bathrooms, floors, but tidiness is appreciated, the kitchen in appreciable condition and the dishwasher in working order, garbage collected in the official envelopes we provide, have collection places that we will indicate to you.
AND APPRECIATED IF: The furniture will be where it was when you arrive (never at l'esternao).
NB: If the accommodation is delivered in such a condition as to require the hiring of a cleaning staff, the expenses billed to us will be charged to you, but only in this exceptional case.
The guest who books must indicate the exact number of people and pets that will be staying, this will allow us to offer a better welcome.
