Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
I have never left a review this bad and I travel all the time. This property is not as described and a HEALTH HAZARD. 1. There is active MOLD growth in the lower level bedroom, very unhealthy. We had to book another location as this was unacceptable. 2. The property states it sleeps 4 persons which is inaccurate. We had two teenagers who could barely fit on the "pull out" couch which was not actually a pull out but a regular couch. Additionally there were no linens for the "pull out". 3. There was no way to communicate with the rental agency. They do not answer their phones and the person who let us in spoke no english. 4. When contacted with the problems they were rude and unwilling to make any accommodations. Terrible place, do not visit if you value your health.
