The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The room was fantastic. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in whose name starts with a Ugur was unbelievable helpful with our stay, attractions and public transportation. The bed was the best we have had in Switzerland.
