While the residence is truly in an excellent location, relatively attractive from the outside and the aircon worked well, my room (on the low floor) was dark, small and impersonal - not exactly as pictured on the advert and not of adequate value for 250 BP. I did appreciate the change of the first room I received, which was even more unacceptable. Basically, I would nor recommend to get a room on the lowest floor. Otherwise the place is clean and some reception staff is friendly and pleasant. An additional small detail, the cleaning staff should not be sitting on the main stairs scrolling on their phones - it was often inconvenient for walking up and down the stairs.
