- Completely renovated from top to bottom while sparing no expense! You'll know you made the right decision when you walk in the door and and see a wall of glass with the best elevated views of Nettle Lake! HUGE kitchen with tons of granite counters for entertaining! An awesome lower level man cave with theatre seating, a pool table and 86" television to watch the game! Multiple decks including a 600 sq ft deck to enjoy a drink and cigar on while taking in the lake activity or enjoying a Nettle Lake sunrise! Four good size bedrooms including a 1st floor master suite with master bath! Pull your boat right up to our private dock only steps from the home itself! An assortment of water toys, kayaks and rafts are provided at no charge to our guests! Our guests also have use of our own private "Jase Beach" as well as our "BUB recreation area that includes a pickleball court, volleyball court, disc golf as well as some other awesome amenities! We are also only 4 minutes away from a day of hiking the beautiful Lake La Su An State Park! TRUE LAKEFRONT ENJOYMENT! **Beautiful pontoon available for rent**. **Please note that we want everyone to enjoy their stay at our home but if you are hoping to have a big party, please choose another home. We are meticulous about our properties and would like them to remain that way.**
