Beautiful residence, in the style and charm of a medieval village, which has its origins in the 15th century. It is embedded in the picturesque Umbrian landscape very close to Montone, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The residence has a reception, one free parking space per accommodation and WiFi, as well as a playground. The restaurant with a panoramic terrace serves local delicacies with a gastronomic tradition. Two pools (open from May to September) with parasols and loungers and a health path surrounded by greenery ensure relaxation. All apartments have been stylishly renovated and offer a lot of comfort. Instead of a closed bedroom, some of the apartments have an open sleeping gallery. Near the village is the "Strada della salute e della sapienzat", a 2 km long pedestrian path, which is known for the peculiarity that there are signs with philosophical thoughts and fitness equipment along the way. Another well-known excursion destination is Lake Trasimeno, just 40 km away. The ideal combination of relaxation and cultural holiday!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs up to 10 kg allowed. The service charge contains costs for water, electricity, gas and final cleaning.
