"The entire experience was amazing! We were treated like gold from the time we started our booking process. They met us in town and took our bags to the hotel and right to the room for us and the same at checkout. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The site was beautiful with such incredible views. The restaurants had great service, food and drinks. This was such a stress free, relaxing experience I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zermatt."
