The whole trip seemed extra luxurious because of this beautiful place. Staff went above and beyond with every request, and preemptively addressed things we hadn’t yet thought of. "Lovely hotel with beautiful pool and rooftop terrace & bar. Excellent location, only 5 mins into historic centre, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that we were on the ground floor, in one of the rooms behind reception, and we were right above the breakfast room. This meant that from 7am onwards all we could hear were chairs being moved back and forward and it was really quite loud. We didn’t realise it was the breakfast room until the 2nd day and by then there wasn’t really any point us asking to change rooms, but it was quite disturbing and woke us up as the noise was constant until about 10am when breakfast must have finished. Would perhaps recommend asking to change rooms if you end up in one of the ground floor rooms, at least if you’re a light sleeper! But honestly other than that we loved the hotel and Cordoba itself."
