Front desk yes, housekeeping and condition no

The from desk staff was friendly and helpful. The house keepers did not leave clean towels or wash cloths, no coffee or cups. The ironing board was about to break and the hairdryer did not work.

Beds were terrible, half the springs were shot, so you either sink and climb to find a decent way to sleep or you spend the night moving around wishing you were anywhere else. Busted hole in the wall by the front door, fridge leaked on the floor, we never used it, rusting bathroom door handle, paint needs redone. Booked a non smoking and was put in a smoking...

The staff was fantastic. As a pest technician by trade, I always inspect rooms for German roaches and bed bugs. Happy to report neither were present. At least in my room “110”. Chair had a rip in the armrest and bed was a bit stiff but I did book a 60 dollar room. Overall I was happy with the room for the price and the Indian gentleman at the desk was super friendly and accommodating. If you want basic lodging for an affordable price it’s a great option

Mattress was worn out, bathroom door knob was broken came off in my hand, the room was very humid , the towels and linens felt damp, room was supposed to be nonsmoking, smelled like stale cigarette smoke, right before we checked out a roach crawled up the wall. The room looked clean and didn't smell at first ,because it had just been cleaned and sprayed ,we went out and when we came back later that evening it reeked, . We went to bed and I got a email asking how our trip was going, I filled it out and submitted it , after a while there was a knock at the door saying, they would move us to another room , we declined the move because we were already in bed and too much trouble to pack up and move for the remainder of the night. We were checking out in a few hours.

Accessible Rooms not always what you get.

This trip was not the most pleasant, but I've had worse too. My biggest issue was having an upstairs room! I requested a accessible room in my reservation because I have COPD and stairs are not easy. The girl at the desk had me down for a first floor- but said we couldn't have it because it was in the wrong building?? That building was being used only for construction workers. It made it difficult for me, so I couldn't bring my things to my room like I wanted. Otherwise the stay was pretty good. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was very clean and made the stay better. I normally don't go to the pool, but my travel partner loves to swim so we went. It was a salt water pool. Very surprising and felt great after a long hot day. Next time I will probably stay somewhere else that can give me a bottom floor room. Other than that the hotel was good and I would recommend it.

The Stay was comfortable except I was bitten by a spider on my hand while I was asleep. Other than that, the staff was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would stay here again.
