The Neighborhood:

Less than 5 miles to city limits and to Beaver Creek Resort. And approximately 10-12 miles to Conley Bottom. Conveniently located right next to Bell’s Boat Storage. There is a Shell station (easy in/easy out) within minutes on your way to us and also on your way to the lake there’s the 3-way Grocery with gas pumps and a delicious grill with homemade specials and desserts daily!



Getting Around:

JUST A NOTE...when you put in the address in GPS it takes you one house down to many. (Not sure why) So when your about to reach the destination your GPS says start looking to your left. House is facing the road that brought you in (W92) but you turn left onto Elmer Conn Rd. Also you might want to use the lower driveway coming in and out. It’s a safer entrance.



Other Things to Note:

3 Way Stop Grocery is located on your way to the lake just past us about 3 miles. They have gas pumps, delicious grill with delivery and daily specials. Also there is a Shell station less than 5 minutes. We are just 4 miles of city limits.

Monticello has a delicious Black Stallion steak house located in the shopping center with Tractor supply.
