"This hotel was being remodeled. That was not noted on the site when we booked. I would not have booked if I would have known that. Everything was a mess. The majority of the parking lot appeared to be taken up by construction workers currently working on the hotel. The lobby was stripped down with the host setup on card tables. I paid extra to have my breakfast covered. They had no idea about that when I checked in. I got to the room and the toilet seemed to move a bit when you sat on it. I took a shower and there was pubic hair on the wall of the shower along with no body wash...so apparently the room was not checked or cleaned well. There were several exit doors propped open by construction workers which would have allowed people to access the building without key cards. That is a security issue I'd believe. The next morning there was no one visible near the breakfast area. I did have vouchers but no one to give them to. Upon getting our food the cook lady came out very upset asking us for our vouchers. Then she proceeded to complain to everyone in the area about they couldn't get enough help, etc. The pool was nice for my kids to play in. This place was not good. I do not recommend."

"Bathroom supplies lacking; no hair dryer; no fan to eliminate moist and fog. Coffee machine didn’t work. No way to contact housekeeper or desk by room phone. "

"Stayed 2 days the room booked here was not honored. Was told the room doesn’t equal the same. When I booked a suite. The told me the rooms equals to a king handicap room.Was given a double bed room because apparently there were no suites available.The last day I was there the house keeper invaded our room twice at 8am and 10am l. Knocking on the door and walking into the room. My family and I definitely uncomfortable. When we were leaving asked her name and the name she gave me the front desk lady said she didn’t know her…said she would have the manager call me to accommodate my experience but never received a call. 14 dollars a day for parking. And the parking deck is nasty. Trash and what looked to be old parts to the hotel In the parking desk. Definitely will not be booking here ever again. "

"there was the smell of weed as soon as you got there the rooms had the smallest tvs ive ever seen in a hotel the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms smelled of weed"

"Easy parking, good location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Heated indoor pool was a treat for the kids. King Suite Room was spacious."

"It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. Adds a bit of needless fretting but not a huge deal. Front desk staff could use a little work, they didn't honor our Expedia room booking and offered really nothing to help fix it. A/C in the room ran nonstop, wouldn't quite get to the setpoint, kinda loud. All in all a good experience, not perfect, but I'd stay again. "
