The 1st Floor is the unit to be so you have easy access to the lake. Tie your boat up steps out the back door available on a first come basis & the Walden boat launch is nearby to launch your boat. Fish, Kayak, Paddle Board or float all day in a protected cove with calm water. Watch the sunrise with a cup of joe on the patio or enjoy your favorite drink while watching the sunset. New appliances along with a complete remodel make this property unique. Make this your weekend oasis!

Sleeps 6 - Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed | Living Room Sofa: Queen Bed - ALL Beds are Memory Foam & Super Comfy! Linens, towels, toiletries - just what you would expect in an upscale resort are provided. Newly added a washer and dryer for the condo for personal use. Please note: Boat trailers cannot be parked at the condos but can be parked in the locked, secured area at the boat ramps. If you are bringing your own boat, please contact us for more details as you have to get a sticker for up to 72 hr. This request takes several days to process.
If you want to enjoy a quiet weekend fishing, or a relaxing getaway with your loved one in a gorgeous lakefront property, we would love to host you! :-) If you are looking for a place to have a loud party with a bunch of friends, this is not the place.
Restaurants: Walden Yacht Club is great for dinner or brunch. Breakwater Grill for live music on the water. Cafe on the Green (on golf course & live music), Marini’s Pizza & Delivery, Mariel’s Meat Market (Excellent Meat for Grilling), Jack & Jill Donuts.

Lake House Rules:
• BBQ grill is available by pool area, but you will need to bring charcoal & lighter.
• No Smoking or Vaping in the house. If you smoke outside please don’t throw cigarettes in the grass, we have a tin labeled for you.
• Pets Are NOT Allowed, It’s mandatory by the HOA that no Guest are allowed Pets or they will be asked to leave and pay a fine. (Owners are allowed)
• Absolutely no parties, sorry no exceptions. Absolutely no loud music, Absolutely no loud profanity.
• Quiet Hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Pets Are NOT Allowed. It’s Mandatory by the HOA that Guest are NOT allowed Pets, or they will be asked to leave and pay a fine. Only Owners are allowed.
• Parents: Do not book for under-age teens. You will be held legally and financially responsible.
• Maximum number of people allowed Adults in the condo is 6.
• 2 parking spaces per unit - tags in unit. Visitor Parking available but limited.
• No Kids under 14 yrs w/o a parent in pool area (18+)
• Failure to follow these rules can result in charges to your security deposit.
