Lakefront-April Sound -Hot tub bath with Panoramic lake view- Fish off the dock
- This waterfront home is located in the quiet and secure neighborhood of April Sound. Enjoy the outdoors and the panoramic lake views from any of the 3 outdoor patio decks, 2 of which are covered. Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own meals. A full bar. located next to the kitchen has a wine fridge, full size beverage fridge, and an ice machine. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, the master has a king size bed, and a one-of-a-kind master bath. 2 other bedrooms have king size beds, plus a trundle bed, the 4th bedroom has a trundle bed as well with 2 each twin beds. All bedrooms have 55 in smart televisions and all king size mattresses are Tempur-Pedic with luxurious bedding. The living area downstairs has a half bath, plenty of dining space, & cable television. The master bedroom & bath have gorgeous panoramic views of lake Conroe.

Max of 3-4 cars in driveway/garage or you may park in designated parking areas. Parking in the street will result in a $75 fine due immediately.
Guests acknowledge that setting off fireworks is prohibited in April Sound. Security may remove violators with no refund and may issue up to $750 fine
