Staff is very friendly. The parking lot is well lit, feels secure, and easy to find a spot. The rooms are okay. A little dated, restrooms a little small, and dust bunnies in the corners of the room— in places a floor vacuum can’t go or where the carpet and wall meet. Really enjoyed the bar area and drinks. Bartender was great. The wait time on food was a very longtime. Also seems as though the chef doesn’t show up to work on time as that is what was being told to us guests and why we had to wait so long to get our food. We probably had to wait over an hour and a half for the chef to show up and then probably another 45 minutes to get our food. We just ordered a burger and a turkey sandwich club with fries for both. Thankful we had a bartender that was attentive. For the reasons mentioned above why I gave it three stars.

From the beginning of check-in, there were no luggage carts available, then once we entered the elevator it seemed to be semi-operational. The door to the room on the 6th floor was heavier than a freight train, the entrance to the room was spacious, but the bathroom space was equipped for a single occupant, no shower dispenser, door to the refrigerator was pulled from the wall and was very dirty inside with a loud sqeak. Pillows were very uncomfortable which made my night unpleasant. I stayed at this same hotel over 30 years ago and the experience then was far greater than now.

clean and comfortable but the front desk staff was not very welcoming or helpful during check-in and check-out. Processing took longer than it should have.

The baggage carts were all broke, all of the ice machines were broke, their printer didn’t work, the lobby floor and the elevator floors were dirty. The room seemed clean, but the carpet is really old and brown so it was hard to tell. Staff were all very friendly

The front desk staff (Bobby, Maria and Tay) were pleasant and very helpful dealing with an issue with the credit card reader at check in. The bathroom was not clean and the floors were dirty. Drawers were broken and hanging, paint was peeling and there was a musty odor in the room.
