Kitchen is fully stocked; all bed linens, towels, shampoo & conditioner and soaps are provided. Waterfront Boat dock with cleats for storing your boat in front of townhome. Enjoy lake life living with all the conveniences of the city. We provide Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, full size Washer/Dryer. Water front covered Patio, with lounge furniture and dining table and Propane grill. Enjoy fishing, or swimming off the dock or floating in front of the quiet cove. The waterside yard is large and spacious, bring a Volleyball net, Corn hole or Washer Boards for entertainment. Lake Conroe

Beautiful property in close proximity to everywhere we planned to go on our trip. Hosts were very accommodating and great with communication. The townhome was clean and setup perfectly with a great view.

Great stay at the lake!

This property was great and had everything we needed! It has one of the nicer updated patios with fans and great lighting for enjoying time outside. It is very quiet! Beds are high- this was tricky for my older parents. Great neighborhood near club and pool.

The Perfect Ren Faire Getaway

This is our third year at this property for our annual weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival. The accommodations are perfect and all very comfortable.The open Kitchen/Living Room easily fits the entire group and the covered patio overlooking the lake is spectacular!

Fantastic place to stay

This was more than a typical “fully stocked rental.” The owners made this place feel like home with a lot of attention to detail. Comfy, clean, excellent communication, and a perfect location for our family to stay and relax. For boat owners, I’d say that the ramp is a couple miles away and is where you’d store your trailer, so that could be a bit tricky if you only have one driver or one car, but the cove area by the condo is great and protected. We left the boat docked at the house the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. 5 stars!

Great house and location.

This is a beautiful house. Very clean and well stocked with supplies. The deck was right outside our back door. I would definitely recommend staying here. I plan to return and rent this one next summer.

Excellent Property

My family and I were in the Montgomery area for the Renaissance Festival. The 6 of us enjoyed this property; it’s views of the Lake and all its amenities. Check in and check out was easy. I would highly recommend this property!

Bring your boat!

Great place to stay with 3 generations and a boat. Very convenient place to tie boat up right in front of property, and nearby boat launch/trailer parking too. Nice kitchen where we cooked our meals (we didn't want to leave!) but plenty of nearby restaurant options to boat or drive to. One master suite downstairs, second master suite upstairs, along with a bunk room, and an optional loft with trundle which is great to expand the sleeping options if you need. Game cabinet stocked with board games and coloring books for kids, good for the heat of the day, along with a small library upstairs in the loft. Covered outdoor patio with bbq and firepit available which would be great for the cooler season (we did not use). There is a ladder for lake swimming access but it seemed locked and we did not try to use since we had our boat. Plenty of all the extras such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, filters, sweetener, seasonings ... automatic in-door chilled water and ice dispenser on the fridge ... such a great comfortable place to spend a weekend or longer.

Perfect for a group of family and friends

Beautiful, well equipped home right by the water. Comfortable beds, sitting areas and eating areas. My family and I were in Montgomery for my daughter’s wedding and tris house was perfect accommodating us all. Fully recommend!
