Experience Walden a beautiful peninsula in the middle of Lake Conroe in Montgomery TX the birthplace of the Texas Flag. Live like a local in this 2 or 3-bedroom house.

House is located on the Third Tee Box of Walden on Lake Conroe. Lots on both sides belong to owner and can be used for recreational activities or gatherings. Garage will hold 1 car Public golf available 1 mile away on Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville resort. You can get day passes at the water park for the family. All restaurants on the “island” are open to the public. If you want to golf Walden the owner may be able to play with you as guests on Walden Country Club. Walden is Highly Rated with one of the 500 top holes in the world

Marvelous master suite with king bed, the master bath is over 250 square feet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third is office/bedroom sofa bed. Enjoy amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine. The 2 bathrooms feature a glass enclosed shower, and jetted bathtub. The second full bath has a shower tub combo as is good size

Kitchen has ice maker fridge and full amenities including everything you need for cooking and eating. House is done in beautiful quartz counters throughout

Hardwood floors and tile. Screened in patio to watch the deer go by in the evening with seating and ceiling fans as well as open back deck with grill and seating

Access to Walden pools and yacht club can be arranged. As well as a boat launch nearby

Spend the day on the lake, get a day pass at Margaritaville water park and dining anywhere in Walden is open to the public. Life is good!

Beautiful home away from home getaway

We stayed in Conroe last weekend (May 9th) for a wedding nearby, love this home, it was very welcoming and perfect for a home away from home getaway, this home sits right on the golf course and minutes from Margaritaville and Lake Conroe. The owner (Mike) was very sweet, generous and very welcoming!

Fantastic Stay

The house was exactly as we had hoped for. Clean, peaceful, with a ton of amenities. The kids loved the screened in back porch and cheering on the golfers. The property owner was extremely helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Will be coming back to stay again in the future.

This is the best place we have stayed. The owner of property was super friendly he came out and introduced his self actually him and his brother came by they both are some amazing people. Beautiful property located on a lovely golf course with many amenities available. The house is well taken care of, very clean and super comfortable. It felt like I was in my own home! Beautiful home on the golf course close to everything you could need for a great family vacay!

This was a beautiful house with great amenities like a wonderful backyard and patio to relax on (including a screened in porch), a huge master bathroom, great living room with reclining leather sofas, and we were even greeted with wine. The host was so amazing (Mike), and very communicative, quick to respond, generous, and welcoming. Great location close to the lake, Margaritaville, the Walden Yacht Club, hiking, great restaurants and more. Can’t say enough how great this property and hosts were. Added bonus, we brought our small dog who loved it as well and they even provided her with her own bowls. Definitely recommend!
