"We paid a very high rate per night, which appears to be increased nearly four times due to the graduation events in Columbia, Missouri, even though the room would normally be worth around $60 per night. However, the room did not even include a closet for clothing storage. In addition, the receptionist handed us a bottle of water to carry to the room ourselves. I have never experienced this before, as bottled water is normally already placed in the refrigerator or room for arriving guests. The breakfast service also ended too early at 9:00 a.m. It should be extended until at least 10:00 a.m. so guests have enough time to relax and enjoy breakfast without rushing."

"The room was clean but the furniture was junk, and it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. But you could smell cigarette smoke in the room. The bed sheets and blankets instead of smell like cigarette smoke. I guess the reason why it was considered a smoke. Free room is because at that particular time, I was not smoking in it. The entire floor that I was on as soon as you walked into the hallway. All you could smell was cigarette smoke. The I guess the AC or whatever was not working downstairs like in the lobby. So they had the doors open. So a breeze could blow in, but other than that, that was it. There was no AC or anything there. The locks on the door were subpar. At best it was just a chain lock on the door I did not feel safe at all. "

"Our check in was super easy. The staff were always friendly whenever we spoke with the throughout the stay. Our King size bedroom was very clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom was great as well. We had a lighted mirror as well as the room light. The shower gad soft water and perfect water pressure. My hair and skin were so soft after showers. It was very quiet on the 4th floor. And I would recommend the 4th floor so as to not have noisy upstairs neighbors like our friends had who had stayed on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good as far as complimentary breakfasts are. Plenty of options, just wish there was more fresh fruit available, but really no complaints. The coffee machine was awesome. It grinds your coffee right before it brews it lending to a great cup of coffee. I would 100% stay there again if I were ever in the area. Definitely recommend you stay there!"

"The inside of the room was clean. Some areas of inside room were updated. But the beds were a horrible makeshift combo I've never seen before. And moving on them at all made a weird sound like worping sheet metal. The outside is dilapidated. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. It was graduation season and all we could find."
