"The property was clean and nice. The staff was nice as well. Very friendly. I booked this property in hopes of using the pool, which the website for booking said the pool was open. Once checked in and in the room, then i was informed the pool would not open until may. Disappointed in the pool situation but all else was good. "

"The location was great. Easy walk to music row. The price was lower than other hotels in the area and the parking was much cheaper. The hotel itself is old and not in great condition. It did look like they were renovating some of the rooms though. "

"We stayed in March 2026 with my family. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was perfect size. Spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Front desk staff was always nice and professional. Saleema was kind and helpful. Great location walking distance to some restaurants. Short ride to Broadway. We will definitely return! "

The stay was fine however a few things u might address: the sink faucet in the bathroom does not stay in position, the shower door does not stay closed and water flows out of the shower onto the floor. The bathroom floor is slippery with or without the water leaking from the shower. Great location, very comfortable beds. "
