The hotel is just off Interstate 80 and a relatively short drive into town. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man at reception. The room was adequate in size and appeared to be clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. We never used any of the other amenaties. My only compalint was that the breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausages was not very appetizing. With the exception of the breakfast I was satisfied with the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at Grinnell. Hotel was good value. Great bed, shower and breakfast were both good. Pool was good.

Great hotel and staff..the hotel was clean and comfortable and they provided a great breakfast hot and cold options in the morning...it was perfect for our visit from Australia while attending the Knoxville nationals ...and was good to visit the local attractions in the area

The manager of the motel was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. On the wholeva great experience.
