water bottles are a scam

The main reception staff was fine, but there was one guy who seemed annoyed with his job. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was ok but I wished for more healthy or vegetable options. The water bottles in the fridge are a scam, no room sign with prices or advice from staff that these even cost money - I've stayed in hotels in 80 countries and hotels have either a paid mini fridge with lots of products, or they offer complimentary water. It's not right that they only tell you these are not included when you leave.

The staff helped us with information about the hop on hop off bus location. The staff made our reservations for the Madero dinner and tango show. Were pick up and dropped off in front of the hotel. After all we are 78 years old ladies traveling alone. Great experience.The location is 1 block from the mall. Taxis were very inexpensive.

Very clean room and bath and personable, polite staff. The location is on a less busy street in the Centro, close to shops, parks, restos and transportation. Easy walk to the Old City with its many museums and wonderful architecture.

I would suggest to go somehwere else..this people do not help u at all...they were unable to get payment from my credit card then were rude requesting new payment methods and denying my cancellation request...all that after expedia accepting my credit card....and having the necessary fonds on it...

Poor value in a very bad area

When I checked in I asked to have a twin room as a friend was joining me. I was told the would take 10 minutes but took closer to half an hour. 30 my minutes to change a booking? The door to my room had a hole under the handle and I had to frig the handle before I could lock it on leaving. There was no safe in the room. There was a total lack of electrical points in the room. The one that there was had an adaptor that ran three devices from it. The bathroom door was badly warped and the were large piece of black dust that had been blown from the air conditioning onto the second bed. Breakfast was average and the lifts were something from a 1930s French film. The area surrounding the hotel is pretty grim but you could say that about Montevideo as a whole

Somos hospedes há muito tempo do London! O hotel é bem localizado, possui um bom café da manhã e garagem no próprio prédio, o que é um diferencial. Entrentanto, notamos que carece de manutenção e modernização, em especial no lobby e apartamentos.

Encontramos la habitación con bastante polvo y el baño no muy limpio. Yo soy alérgica al polvo y mi reacción fue inmediata. La cama es bastante incómoda y pequeña. Sin embargo sirven un excelente desayuno.
