Dos veces me cobraron por la estadía. Desastroso
Un desastre.... Me cobraron a estadía dos veces alegando que no había entrado la plata. El servicio la verdad que más pareció que me hacían un favor... Cuando hice el descargo paara que me reembolsen, la mismísima dueña me dijo que por teléfono o email no pueden solucionarme... Que debería ir en persona. Tengo grabada la conversación. Deja mucho que desear... No lo recomiendo ni ahí.

Bom local com pessoas prestativas
A localização do hostel é muito boa, a poucas quadras da rodoviária tres cruces. A iluminação não é excelente, mas andei sozinha às 22h, sem intercorrências.
Luís e a equipe são muito prestativos e gentis. Consegui dicas de locais para passeio, transporte e reserva para vinícola Bouza com eles.

Excelente servicio y muy buena Ubicación..
Un excelente lugar para alojarse, la atención es muy cordial, muy limpio y ordenado todo. Situado en una zona de fácil acceso, bastante tranquila y cerca de todo. Seguro los volveré a visitar.

Néanmoins l'isolation est a revoir, dans ma chambre il y a un espace entre le mur et la fenêtre dans lequel l'air passe, j'ai eu froid durant la nuit...
Chasse d'eau non tirée quand je suis arrivée et propreté de la douche à revoir (porte savon rouillé, calcaire sur le robinet), débit de l'eau très faible
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'espace commun comme un salon
Bonne connexion Wifi et coin cuisine avec micro ondes dans une autre pièce dans la chambre appréciable

A primeira impressão, não foi boa... a recepcionista, não encontrava nossa reserva, não quis nos dar o cartão de acesso ao quarto, o banheiro estava entupido! O quarto é simples, colchões de médio conforto! Cozinha bem equipada, internet funcionou bem.
