About this property
Perfect house for friends and family in Monteverde
- The is a two story house located only 10 minute drive to the Monteverde Reserve, walking distance to the Monteverde Cheese Factory and Curi Cancha Reserve. There is a farm next to the house so will see many cows daily. The owners lives on the first floor, and rent the second floor as a separate house. This doesn’t mean you share anything, you have your own home in Monteverde!
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and nice green area in front. The main bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, closet and its own bathroom with rain shower. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds and closet.
Easy access to main town and to most reserves around the area. Restaurants, shops, stores, pharmacies, buses and taxis are easy access.
Private house with the best location in Monteverde. You will definitely want to come back!
