The absolute most perfect property I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we pulled up, we were enamored by the large front porch and beautiful surroundings. Danielle communication was excellent before the trip and she was there when we arrived. The house was immaculate two bedrooms, upstairs two bedrooms, downstairs large kitchen, washer, and dryer which we used and they worked well Highly recommend, especially for a family. It’s a quiet area close to everything.

Charming home away from home

Our family of 6 loved our stay at this house in Monte Verde. Our hostess made great recommendations for two of our excursions (El Tigre waterfall tour and night walk). The large house had everything we needed for our three night stay. We would stay here again if we return in the future.

This was such a great property. VERY clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Great communication with the host. The driveway to the house is a little rough so I would recommend an SUV. An SUV is recommended for driving all around the area anyway. House was in a great location too. I would stay there again for sure? Highly recommend!

Great Location

This a very special place. Plants and wildlife abound. The house was very unique as it was custom made with love. I was expecting the kitchen to be better stocked with essentials like spices. The washer and dryer came in handy after a week of prior traveling. The beds were very firm. All in all it was very accommodating and easy to deal with for checkin.

We were a family of four visiting Monteverde for the first time. I simply cannot express how much more enjoyable our trip was as a result of our hosts and their attention to detail with their properties (they do have multiple). The service was beyond fantastic. The home is extremely clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Daniela was so helpful with preplanning, as well as when we were there. Do yourselves a favor, and visit this home!! We will certainly be back.

Great location

The location is close to notable eateries and waterfalls. It was clean and as described in the listing. Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning. It was hot in April, so I'm grateful the host supplied fans. There isn't enough hot water for a shower; the hot water runs out after a minute or two.

Great house with lots of beds. Fully equipped kitchen. 3-5 minutes from city center but quiet and secluded feeling at end of the day is nice. Great porch and hammock facing the sunset. Perfect for us but no AC in case you expect it. Fans in every room and in March it cools down at night and cold in the morning so we loved it. Everything we wanted! We cooked and ate in the house. Literally minutes from dinner and breakfast places. We enjoyed Stella’s and the open kitchen and taco taco.

Cozy but spacious cabin close to nature

The exterior of the home belies the hominess and comfort of the interior. It had all the modern conveniences of home. Property Manager Daniela was very nice and very responsive. She even brought us a delicious home made loaf of banana bread. As nature lovers, we enjoyed viewing the wildlife that visited the property...Agutis, Coatis and bird species too numerous to list. The least pleasant aspect of our stay here was the constant risk of getting our rental vehicle stuck in the mud...as well as walking through it to access the vehicle.

House is just as described. House was clean and close to nearby attractions. We enjoyed our stay. The house could use more items for cooking such as measuring tools and storage for leftovers. Also, the floors are gorgeous but very slippery, especially the stairs. The beds are a bit uncomfortable. Daniella was very helpful and responsive to questions. We didn’t use her services to book tours due to being on a budget.
