It had an unplesent smell, i was charged $38 for parking and was charged $10 extra for pool that we did no use.

We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.

I don’t want to tell too many people about this exclusive, boutique hotel. Not anything bad…. All things were perfect. I just don’t want to see it overrun by tourists. It’s very peaceful and quiet. My room, the simple and basic one was perfect. I slept like a baby. It backed up to a small alley but no matter, there were no noises from the street. The shower was hot and water plentiful. The best comfortable and great sheets. Super pillows that cradled my weary, jet lagged head. The staff is enthusiastic and kind and coffee in the morning is hot and strong. Those croissants? Brilliant.
I’m coming back. And for the others? Glad they know of a nice place that’s not touristy. Like coming home for me.

"Reasonable priced hotel in the centre of Vic. Emailed in advance to see if we could get an early check in and they could not guarantee this, however when we arrived our room was ready. Friendly staff and good hotel for the price we paid."
