The hotel staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, close to the metro and a popular shopping street.
The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so the exterior did not look quite like the photos. My only disappointment was the bathroom in our room. The photos online showed a glass shower enclosure, but ours had a plastic curtain, which caused water to flood the bathroom floor whenever we showered.
Despite this issue, we appreciated the wonderful staff and their friendly service.

The staff was wonderful!! We were on our honeymoon and they went out do their way to welcome us with something special! The hotel was clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

"This lovely hotel was such a hidden gem! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were overly helpful and kind, wishing only to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The little spa was a lovely treat and the food was exquisite. Would happily stay there again!"

"Air conditioning did not work, and staff lied to us about the property being full and not being able to change rooms. It was only after I pushed that they found us a room that was slightly cooler. But still 24 celcius overnight. Would not recommend."
