Very nice

The location of this apartment is amazing! Super close to the beach. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment you need and the apartment it self was very spacious. The stove wasn’t working the first day but the host came over the next day to fix it

Walk to Adriatic Sea

Communication with the owner was easy. The apartment is very close to the beach. It's in a nice neighborhood with a nearby popular cafè. The apartment also has a pleasant patio/small yard area.

Check-in verlief reibungslos. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontakt mit den Vermietern war gut. Bei Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet und Probleme beseitigt. Wohnung war sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Nur weniges Schritte vom Meer. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub in Montesilvano

Wir waren bei der Senioren Europa-Meister- schaft in Pescara die 2 Wochen dauerte. Den Vermieter haben wir leider nicht geseh- hen. Er sprach auch am Telefon nur italienisch.Ein Nachbar konnte deutsch und hat für uns übersetzt.Die Wohnung war ideal in Montesilvano und nur 50 Meter vom herrlichen, im September fast leeren Strand entfernt. Das Appartment ist sehr schön, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ottima posizione a pochissima distanza (350 mt.) dal mare spiaggia libera, appartamento ben ristrutturato, cucina completa di lavastoviglie, ottima insonorizzazione, aria condizionata nelle stanze, parti esterne davvero gradevoli e complete di tavolo e sedie uso esterno, con possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue. Un appoggio eccellente in terra abruzzese.

La casa, ristrutturata di recente, è posizionata a 50mt dal mare in una zona tranquilla. Offre tutti i servizi, compreso un giardinetto privato. Andrea ci ha anche lascisto a disposizione delle bici per muoverci senza macchina. Siamo stati bene.

De locatie was netjes en heel fijn: 100 mtr van de zee. Aangezien we vaak zelf willen koken was het goed om te zien dat er ruim voldoende 'keukeninventaris' aanwezig was. In de advertentie werd aangegeven dat er bed- en badlinnen etc. aanwezig zou zijn. Dit was wel minimaal. Voordeel was dat er een wasmachine stond de we dan ook gebruikt hebben. Maar we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement.

Aangenaam verrast. Heel mooi en proper met alle faciliteiten. Dichtbij de zee in een rustige omgeving. Enige minpunt: het zou fijn zijn als er wat reserve handdoeken en keuken handdoeken waren voor diegene die er wat langer verblijven.
