Schönes Hotel direkt am Sandstrand

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Sandstrand, an einer Seitenstraße zur Hauptstraße, daher ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad sehr schön. Autos können direkt auf dem Hotelparkplatz oder in den anliegenden Straßen kostenlos geparkt werden (großer Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke). Ein Einkaufszentrum ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut.

Clean room, good shower and nice service at breakfast room. We enjoyed our stay except the wifi. Had to go to the lobby for better signal.

Anfür sich ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Das einzig Negative war, dass ich über die Parkmöglichkeit, vom Hotel, falsch informiert wurde und dem entsprechend eine Strafezahlen musste. Dabei wurde mir vom Personal nicht geholfen und es war auf einmal keine englisch Sprachige Servicekraft vorhanden...

Good place for staying in Pescara

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend mit dem direkten Zugang zum Strand in ruhiger Umgebung nicht weit vom Zentrum, vorausgesetzt man ist mit einem eigenen Fahrzeug unterwegs. Auch der Zustand der Innenausstattung ist angenehm stilvoll und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungsvehältnis ist sehr fair, die Rezeption professionell und freundlich.

À l arrivée on nous a dit qu’ils n avaient au une réservation, j’ai dû montrer mon e-mail en plus à la réception il c’est vite empressé de savoir combien nous avions payé la nuit, on lui a répondu que c’était une nuit avec des points reward, il a fait la grimace! Bref à part la vie sur la mer le lit , le mobilier et le confort n’étaient pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles. Nous vraiment déçu d’avoir choisi cet hôtel qui d’après les photos semblait d’un meilleur standing.une grande chambre pour se retrouver dans une chambre à 4 lits ! Champignons dans la salle de bains et matelas à revoir ... seconde terrasse impossible d accès du au lit superposé mit devant

Buongiorno è stata una esperienza ottima, accoglienza buona tranne che chi prenota tramite voi non ha diritto alla spiaggia. La cosa che dispiace che viene comunicato solo dopo aver confermato la prenotazione. Per il resto tutto bene.

Esperienza da non ripetere , abbiamo ricevuto un servizio discriminatorio dovuto probabilmente al canale di prenotazione non diretto . Pagare 81€ per poter prendere possesso della stanza alle 16:00 ( restituzione stanza ore 10:00) , chiamando mi comunicano che alle 15:00 la camera è pronta , mi presento in orario e mi accolgono dicendo che prima delle 16:00 impossibile prendere possesso della camera come da regola generale. Possesso camera alle 16:00 è già da non sufficiente , comunicazione errata idem , stanza davvero vecchia con un materasso davvero offensivo , colazione confusionaria ( 45 min per fare colazione , prima arriva l’uovo strapazzato e dopo 10 min il bacon , uovo ormai freddo) , unica consolazione malcontento abbastanza generale dei clienti . Voglio capire dove sono le 4 stelle , ah dimenticavo il Wi-Fi non andava ma è L’ultimo dei problemi fortunatamente .
