Fun and convenient place to stay

This is maybe my favorite hotel experience ever, and I have stayed at some really wonderful hotels. We stayed in the family room, which is comprised of two adjoining suites that are each extremely spacious. The room service is gourmet and everyone on the staff from the bellmen to the room service team to the front desk associates are absolutely jumping to help you with anything you need. The housekeepers check in multiple times per day to ensure you're taken care of and perform a nightly turndown with chocolates and a pair of slippers by your bed. The rooftop bar and pool area had a gorgeous view of Barcelona. The location is fabulous right near all of the high end shopping at the hotel's doorstep but with a very local feeling safe neighborhood right behind the hotel.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful; included breakfast was good. Room was very clean, but basic and we missed having coffee service in the room; however, the bathroom was spacious (especially for European standards :) with excellent water pressure. A/C and heating (it was hot during the day and cool at night) both worked very well. Location was great! Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Barcelona!

Great location, mall right next to the hotel. Bus/trolley stops within 1-2 blocks. Delicious breakfast buffet! Very professional and friendly staff. Big thank you to Katia at the front desk. Room is very small, and bathroom too open, floor was always wet after showers.

The breakfast, restaurant, and bat was awesome. The room could use a little tlc but all and all it was amazing
