"There was no daily housekeeping which was not a big problem except for emptying the trash. My television did not work because of the internet connection. Unfortunately it was after 8 pm so no one was at the desk. I called the after hours number but they were unable to fix it. "

Bathroom window, floor level, will not close (frame twisted), held nearly closed by a bungee. 2nd floor and too small for someone to crawl through, but a little creepy."
